A good education is a foundation for a better future.
The foundation stones for a balanced success are honesty, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty. In the year 2004, Mr. Shivlal Dhankude started “Shri. Bhairavnath Shikshan Sanstha” by considering the need for CBSE Education by keeping in mind that every child needs proper education for their better future. For this purpose in the year 2016, he started “Aditya English Medium School”.
The most important day of a person’s education is the first day of school. We welcomed our students in the month of April with great enthusiasm.
World Blood Donar Day
A donation of blood means a few minutes to you, but a lifetime for somebody else. Aditya English Medium School celebrated World Blood Donor Day. Grade 10 student- Madhura Honkalse gave speech on the the importance of this day. Arti Ma’am briefed the students regarding Blood Donor Day.
This year’s theme is “Donating blood is an act of solidarity. Join the effort and save lives” focusing on the urgency to increase the number of donors. Donated blood can help treat and support people suffering from chronic health diseases and complications.
Summer Party Celebration
On the last day of school Summer party celebration was organised in Aditya English Medium School Banner on 23rd April 2022.
Different activities were planned for
Grade 1st- IV – Rain dance, Drawing competition.& Running Race
Grade V-VIII -Zumba Dance , Drawing competition.& Running Race
Students were dressed in colourful party dress .Students actively participated in running race.Students with full on mood enjoyed Rain Dance and Zumba Dance .The school campus was full of energy and happy environment.Teachers too participated in the events.
At last prize distrubution ceremony was conducted.Our AEMS School Secretary Shri Viraj Shivlal Dhankude,C.E.O Mrs Sushma Bhosale ,Treasurer Rahul Shivlal Dhankude and Principal Mrs Deepali Shirgave were present for this occasion.The prize distrubution ceremony was done by them.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, Mahavir Jayanti and Good Friday Celebration
Students of Aditya English Medium School celebrated Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, Mahavir Jayanti and Good Friday with great enthusiasm. We honour Dr Ambedkar’s countless contributions in the making of present-day India. Ambedkar Jayanti is celebrated to remember the jurist’s dedication in fighting social evils like caste discrimination and oppression.Students paid their tribute to Dr. B.R.Ambedkar by giving speeches on his life which he did for the betterment of our society. Principal of AEMS – Mrs. Deepali Shirgave Ma’am addressed the students regarding the preachings of Mahavir – ahimsa or non-violence, satya (truth), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (chastity) and aparigraha (non-attachment).
Kiran Ma’am explained the importance of Good Friday.
Good Friday commemorates Jesus Christ’s crucifixion. Christians observe the day by fasting and attending church services or re-enactments of Jesus Christ’s last hours.
Aashadhi Ekadashi
*Aashadhi Ekadashi* is an auspicious day to worship God ” Shri Vitthal”. The day is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm by the students of Aditya English Medium school and its staff. The program commenced by offering flowers to Vithal idol and Palakhi puja. Various activities were conducted in the program by the students, like abhang recitation, speech on the significance of Ashadhi Ekadashi, folk dance form like ‘ fhugdi & pavli’,role play of lord Vitthal- Rukmini & various saints. Small dindi & palkhi procession has done to develop harmony in mind body and spirit. The instrument ‘Tal & Pakhwaj’ filled the atmosphere with great gaiety & spirituality that encouraged the students to participate in traditions & culture.such events create social equality & inculcate moral values.
Earth Day Celebration

Earth day is celebrated annually on 22nd April to promote global awareness about environmental protection and conservation. The theme of Earth Day in 2022 is *”Invest in our planet”*. On the occasion of Earth Day, today Aditya English Medium school has arranged an intra school debate competition for grade IX & X students. The aim of the competition was to hone public speaking skills of the students and teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions. Both the teams spoke eloquently on the topic *’ Man Vs Nature: myth or reality’*. The session was Kaleidoscope of opinions, thoughts, ideas and perspectives that definitely enhanced the knowledge and understanding of the topic among students. AEMS secretary Mr. Viraj Dhankude sir, CEO Mrs. Sushma Bhosale mam, Principal Mrs. Deepali Shirgave mam, judges Mr. Vaishali sanglikar & Mrs. Swapna Kulkarni appreciated & awarded the participants & winners for their efforts.
Nikhat Ansari & Soumya Gupte bagged with the first prize. Madhura Honkales received second prize & Anuja Bhosale was on third position.
Guru Purnima Celebration
“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and critically. Intelligence plus character. The teacher imparts education hence the role of the teacher is of paramount importance both in the present and future of a student.To honor the teachers, Aditya English Medium School celebrated the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima with a lot of reverence.The school conducted a special assembly to mark the occasion. Students of Grade 9 performed a skit showing the importance of first Guru of everyone’s life i.e. Our Mother-Our First Guru.Students paid respect to the teachers with flowers and greeting cards and sought their blessings.
Principal of Aditya English Medium School- Mrs Deepali Shirgave enlightened the students on the significance of ‘Guru Purnima’.
AEMS believes in inculcating traditional values in the students.
Rajmata Jijau Punyatithi
Students of Aditya English Medium School paid their tibute to Rajmata Jijau who planted seeds of Swarajya in Mind of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on her Punyatithi by giving speeches. Rohini Ma’am briefed the students regarding the preachings of Mata Jijau.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti
Time has changed, dynasties have come and gone but the greatness of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is still alive in the minds of the every Indian.
Aditya English Medium School has celebrated Shiv Jayanti with great zeal & enthusiasm. Grand event was held in school premises to create awareness in the young minds of the students regarding the valiant Maratha warrior Shivaji Maharaj. The life & rise of Maratha empire was portrayed through various activities.The school choir enthralled the audience with an energetic ballad song of king Shivaji. The function was graced by the Secretary of AEMS Mr. Viraj Dhankude sir, CEO Mrs.Sushma Bhosale ma’am, Principal Mrs Deepali Shirgave ma’am. Various speeches & folk dance forms enlightened the students with life journey of king Shivaji & highlighted the significance of the day. Principal of the school addressed the students & appreciated their efforts. Tribute & honour has been given to Raja Shivchhatrapati by the students & AEMS staff.
Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Birth Anniversary Celebration
True education signifies empowering others and leaving the world a little better than the one we found.
Students of Aditya English Medium School paid their homage to Mahatma Jyotirao Phule on his birth anniversary by giving speeches and following his path for the welfare of nation. Jyotirao Phule was one the greatest leaders and he had strived hard to root out illiteracy, superstitions and caste discrimination in the society.His efforts towards social reform, women’s education, and freedom from caste prejudice remain an inspiration for us.”
Marathi Rajbhasha Din Celebration
*Imparting the learning of different languages, both native and foreign, felicitates students to gain a better understanding of varied cultures and unfamiliar customs*
*Marathi Rajbhasha Din* is celebrated annually to commemorate the birth anniversary of famous Dnyanpeeth award winner poet, ‘kusumagraj’ on 27th February. To promote Maharashtrian culture among students, Aditya English Medium school has celebrated this day in traditional manner. Event was graced by honorable chief guest, Mrs Rohini Dhankude mam, Secretary of AEMS Mr. Viraj Dhankude sir, CEO Mrs. Sushma Bhosale mam, principal Mrs Deepali Shirgave mam. The ceremony was opened with the inauguration of Marathi books which were made by our students on various topics. This celebration has given an opportunity to the students to showcase their creative skills & knowledge through various activities like traditional dance forms, recitation of poems & speeches.Ballad song on Shivchhatrapati Shivaji caught the attention of audience.Granth Dindi was conducted by the students across the campus which highlighted Marathi art , culture & traditions amidst the energetic sound of ‘ lazim & tal ‘ played by students. The function was more enhanced with student’s & teacher’s traditional attire of Maharashtrian navvari saree & dhoti kurta. Our beloved principal mam sang Marathi song Mogra Phulala written by *Sant Dyneshwar* which flavoured the event. It was educational, learning & fun full day for the AEMS students.

The fifth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was the interaction with honorable Prime Minister, Mr.Narendra Modi for which every youngster was waiting after a longest period of covid pandamic which was held on 1st of April 2022. Aditya English Medium School’s higher class students ( IX & X) experienced the live streaming of this event in school premises. Millions of students, parents and teachers from all over the country joined this event through online channels. It was an occasion where the most inspirational Prime Minister of India addressed & advised the students of country on how to overcome with the fear & hurdles of examination. Students got a chance to hangout with Prime Minister for their doubts & queries. Modiji enlightened the students on the topic of self inspiration, time management, role of technology in students life, best use of free time, setting and achieving goals and more important to get stress free of scoring grades in exam but take it as an opportunity and do your best. He said that students are exam- poof, as exam is an innate part of their life and another milestone in their growth journey. Honorable Prime Minister also addressed the parents for not lending extra pressure on students and recognize their strengths and interests. He appealed to the Education Ministry, on implementation of National Education Policy in upcoming years for the betterment of student’s life.
It was an informal and inspirational talk by Honorable Prime Minister for the students of country.
School Election
*Ballot is stronger than the bullet*
Election is a vital pillar of democracy because election insurance that the government is of the people by the people and for the people. School election is an opportunity to educate the students about the importance of voting and its procedure. Aditya English Medium school conducted the school council elections in the beginning of academic year 2022-23 which was followed by democratic procedure. “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”
The over all goal of the school election program is to introduce and familiaries the students of all grade levels with voter registration and voting procedures as well as encouraged students to exercise their right to vote once they become eligible. It was learning & enlightened experience for students in which they actively participated in campaigning, procedureing & voting in the school election program.

Science Exhibition
However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.
Aditya English Medium school organized science exhibition on 27th February 2022 to inculcate scientific temperament and to nurture curiosity in our students. This year theme was integrated approach in science and technology for a sustainable future.
Exhibition was visited by Honorable Bedekar sir ( Retired Scientist) ,Honorable Sharad Gosavi ( President HSC board), Honorable Anuradha Oak ( Director HSC board), our trustee Mr Shivlal Dhankude , Secretary Mr Viraj Dhankude ,CEO Mrs Shushma Bhosale , Principal Mrs Deepali Sirgave.
Main attraction for the day was model of Mangalyan, PLSV III, eco brick ,Rain water harvesting, Effect of acid rain on plants.
Event was a huge success and was well appreciated by all our dignitaries, parents and guests. Students enjoyed a lot. A day well spent with family and friends.

International Women’s Day Celebration
Aditya English Medium School celebrated International Women’s Day (IWD), themed “gender equality today, for a sustainable tomorrow” with great enthusiasm. Various fun games were organised for all teaching and non- teaching staff. Principal of Aditya English Medium School- Mrs. Deepali Shirgave Ma’am addressed the gathering that women have a unique ability to view a situation from different perspectives. It gives them the edge to assess critical situations and carve solutions no one else can think of. It offers an opportunity to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role.

International Yoga Day Celebration
YOGA is the gateway of happiness that body needs in daily life! Aditya English Medium School celebrates yoga day with great. reverence every year.The theme of this year’s International Day of Yoga is ‘Yoga for Humanity’. On this occasion we had Mrs.Jyoti Motwani – Traditional Yoga Trainer and Mrs. Varsha Potnis- Motivational Speaker. Mrs. Jyoti briefed the students regarding importance of Yoga in our day to day life. She also added that Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient tradition. Yoga embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action. Mrs. Varsha Potnis explained the students that Yoga is not just about exercise, it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with self, the world and nature.It helps in balancing the body and brain.Students along with the teachers performed several asanas. They also performed standing and sitting asanas.Om Chanting was followed by Surya Namaskar.
Aditya School Trip to Suresh Naik Space Park
Aditya English Medium School always look towards overall development of students. Taking a step towards this AEMS organised a short trip to Suresh Naik Space Park to develope scientific attitude and also to introduce our students to world of space in association with ISRO. Suresh Naik Space Park is a huge SPACE PARK over 17 acres of land.All can experience moon walk.
There are many space shows like Space Roller Coaster,Space Elevator,
Robotic Show,Zero Gravity
experience.Many adventure games like Sky-cycling,Walking on the rope.ISRO exhibition.A short movie by Suresh Naik which gives information about space scientist.

We conducted various scholastic activities regarding each subject in the play way method to enhance the ability of students.
We formed various clubs and committees like Eco Club, Maths Club, Language Club, Science Club, Girl’s Welfare Committee, Social Networking Club, etc.
To develop sportsmanship spirit we conducted various sports activities like cricket, football, kho-kho, table tennis, carom, chess, badminton, etc. Our students also participated in Inter-School Sports Competitions.
Thus Aditya English Medium School trying to inculcate overall development into the child by achieving their motto of “Wiser Foundation For Wiser Children.”
