Aditya English Medium School organised Capacity Building Program for teachers on Stress Management in collaboration with CBSE on 20th April 2024. Teachers were enlightened by trained resource persons Ms. Pooja Vyas and Ms. Roopali Kardile.
They shared their views on stress and how they overcame from it. They also learned many ways to deal with stress through various fun filled activities. Overall, conducting capacity building programs on stress management for teachers reflects CBSE’s commitment to supporting the holistic well-being of educators and creating a conducive environment for teaching and learning.
